If you have began experiencing problems sending mail since 29th January this is most likely caused because you are sending your email through a server that does not belong to us. We are aware that an unconnected service provide have recently implemented changes that prevent users from sending mail via their servers using 3rd party email addresses. In order to resolve this issue we recommend that you change your settings so that you are sending mail through our servers as below or contact the organisation you are using to send your mail directly.

Username: Your FULL email address

Outgoing SSL/TLS: Yes
Outgoing Authentication: Required.
Username: Your FULL email address

You can aslo find the settings for your email client and view or change your email password from inside your My Account area. Please click on Email, followed by the relevant email address. From here you can select either Client Settings or Change Password to view and edit the relevant details. You can also access your email through webmail.

All customers using the domain @breathe.com for email have been notified of upcoming changes to this domain. If you operate a @breathe.com email address and have not received your notification please check your Junk/Spam folders. Below is only a summary of the key dates and important changes.

Due to changes within the Breathe organisation we will be migrating your current email address from @breathe.com to @breathemail.net. The email address has already been allocated to you and all your contacts, calendars, email folders and email are already available on the new address.

We understand that changing your email address is not ideal, and will cause you some inconvenience, and have therefore taken steps to minimise the disruption wherever possible. We apologise in advance for any problems this may cause you, but we are no longer able to continue offering @breathe.com email addresses.

From the 31st January 2024 you will no longer be able to log in directly to any @breathe.com account but it will continue to forward mail to @breathemail.net instead. The forward on your old email address will continue to operate until 30th April 2024 which will allow you adequate time to locate and notify all people or services affected by this change. After this time your @breathe.com email address will be removed and any mail sent to it will be returned to the sender.
